UFC 100 Hype – GSP and Thiago Alves Meet At The Pool

The clock is ticking and we are now 15 days away from UFC 100. The co-headliners Georges St. Pierre and Thiago Alves recently did a photo shoot for the official UFC magazine. (World domination via print journalism? That’s not going to work.) The premise of the photo shoot is that these two fellows are just chilling at Rehab at the Hard Rock when they happen upon each other. Then models keep them from bringing the ruckus poolside.
I have to say, as far as juice for the 3 biggest fights at UFC 100 goes, GSP-Alves seems to come in at #3 behind Mir-Lesnar and Bispin-Henderson. Doesn’t mean I’m not excited to see GSP defend his belt yet again, but I don’t really know how these guys feel about each other. Except that they both like pool parties.

I totally agree. GSP doesn’t have great head movement and he has a tendency to shoot for a leg when the fight gets close (which will get him kneed in the forehead). I still think GSP has the edge in the fight, but it should be a bit more of a contest then people think.
